The Honor 100 series is gearing up for its debut in China on November 23, poised to succeed the Honor 90 lineup. This new series is set to introduce the base model, Honor 100, alongside the more advanced Honor 100 Pro, reminiscent of the Honor 90 and Honor 90 Pro duo. The company recently teased the design of these models, promising an enhanced “product function experience.” As the launch date approaches, leaks have surfaced, revealing comprehensive specifications and potential price ranges for both the Honor 100 and Honor 100 Pro.
User Cai Ge Talks About Digital, in a Weibo post, divulged details about the upcoming Honor 100 Pro, while another user, Let’s Chat-Chen Wang, shared crucial specifications and likely price points for both models. Anticipated to be available in three storage variants each, the Honor 100 series promises versatile options for users.
For the Honor 100, the 12GB + 256GB variant is rumoured to be priced at CNY 2,799 (₦322,000.00), the 16GB + 256GB at CNY 3,099 (₦357,000.00), and the 16GB + 512GB option at CNY 3,399 (₦391,000.00). Meanwhile, the Honor 100 Pro is expected to start at CNY 3,699 (₦425,000.00) for the 12GB + 256GB variant, with the 16GB + 256GB and 16GB + 512GB options priced at CNY 3,999 (₦460,000.00) and CNY 4,299 (₦494,000.00), respectively.
Both Honor 100 models boast a sizable 6.78-inch quad-curved OLED display and run on the Android 14-based Magic OS UI. The base Honor 100 is likely to be powered by a Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 SoC, while the Honor 100 Pro is expected to feature a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset. The devices are equipped with 5,450mAh batteries supporting 100W wired fast charging. Notable features include a plastic frame, dual speakers, NFC connectivity, an IR blaster, and an X-axis linear motor.
The camera setup on the Honor 100 includes a 50-megapixel IMX906 primary rear sensor with optical image stabilization (OIS), a 12-megapixel sensor with an ultra-wide lens, and a 50-megapixel IMX816 front camera sensor. Meanwhile, the Honor 100 Pro is speculated to feature a 50-megapixel IMX906 primary rear sensor, a 12-megapixel sensor with an ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 32-megapixel telephoto shooter. The rumoured dual front camera of the Pro model is expected to comprise a 50-megapixel IMX816 sensor and a 32-megapixel sensor.
